After exploring the hotel’s storied halls, your tour guides will lead you into our infamous basement—an area closed to the public and accessible only during these exclusive tours. There, you’ll participate in a paranormal investigation to discover who may still be “checked in” after all these years, with plenty of time to capture photos of your experience.
Since 1901, The Palmer House – Hotel, Restaurant & Pub has been the heartbeat of downtown Sauk Centre. Built after the town’s original hotel went up in flames, it rose from the ashes as the first building in town with electricity, instantly becoming the place to gather, stay, and celebrate.
Today, that historic charm is still alive and well. Beautifully restored and full of character, the hotel now features 19 cozy guest rooms with private baths, and a few Jacuzzis for a little extra indulgence! All participants must sign a Waiver of Liability before their Tour. Participants must be 14yr of age or older. Anyone between the ages of 14 - 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
